Just in time for the end of the first half of the year, Team Rocket conducted a successful and engaging HYFLEX run of Gemini Academy for Higher Education at another premier university in the Philippines - De La Salle University in Taft Avenue, Manila. It was our pleasure conducting two sessions for DLSU - morning for the faculty and afternoon for the non-teaching personnel. The morning session focused on use cases for faculty while the afternoon focused more on the use cases of university personnel and the various offices they serve. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Engr. Michael Manguerra, the Director of the Academic Support for Instructional Services and Technology (ASIST), and his competent staff for assisting during the preparation and the event itself. We also thank Google for Education PH for the trust and support. DLSU has just been #GeminiED!

It was a pleasure to conduct Gemini Academy for Higher Education at the School of Statistics auditorium of the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City. It was a day filled with discovery and exploration as faculty and administrative staff from the University of the Philippines system attended the HyFlex session conducted especially for them. They saw firsthand how Gemini and its features can be their assistant in accomplishing bottleneck tasks and ensuring a smoother workflow. We thank the UP Procurement Office, headed by Atty. Rissa, for assisting with the preparations, and the College of Statistics personnel for their invaluable help during the event. We also thank Google for Education PH for the support during our very first Gemini Academy for Higher Education event. The UP System has just been #GeminiED!

Team Rocket was invited to the Bicol Youth Congress in Information Technology by the Junior Philippine Computer Society (JPCS) of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) to conduct a special session of Gemini Academy for Higher Education Students. The participants were from CSPC, along with invited schools and delegates from Sorsogon State University – Bulan Campus, Naga College Foundation, STI Legazpi, and the University of Saint Anthony.

Team Rocket conducted a special ONLINE public training for selected educators on May 2, 2026 to assist with the recertification of the participants. It was a morning full of learning and enthusiasm as the participants were ably guided into a deep dive of Google Workspace tools and how they can be effectively used inside the classroom. Truly the use of these tools will maximize engagement and learning, as well as enhance the 21st-century skills of learners, particularly when it comes to technology. Participants were happy to discover new features and excited to use them in their respective classrooms.

This session was quite nostalgic for the trainers as it was a reminder of how their training journey started. It was an eye-opener for the teacher participants, seeing the vast potential of Google Workspace Education Plus in supercharging their prepping and teaching game. GCE L1 Bootcamp with Reedley International School

For the third year in a row, Rocket Innovations PH had the pleasure and privilege to train the newest batch of teachers from Reedley International School. Teachers were given a comprehensive yet fast-paced training that covered Google Workspace for Education core tools in order for them to successfully pass the Google Certified Educator Level 1 certification exam. This year yielded the best passing rate for Reedley at 90%! Awesome job, dear teachers! Kudos to the administration of Reedley, as well, for prioritizing professional growth of their teachers.
