The Rocket City Miata Club was founded in 1991. We are primarily a social gathering of local Miata owners that meet monthly to share information on recent drives, accessories we've installed or maintenance tips of the Miata as we socialize. We usually have at least two events each month (a meeting and a driveout). Additionally many months we meet a third time at a local restaurant for a purely social gathering. Member interests are varied but primarily involve getting together and going on a ride along the backroads in our area. Some members autocross their Miata's but that's a different club. Some members like to tinker or modify their Miata but that's not a primary function of the club. We all like Miatas and like driving our Miatas along with socializing with other like-minded Miata owners. The Rocket City Miata Club (RCMC), a limited liability company, serves the north Alabama and southern central Tennessee area. The RCMC is a non-profit organization of friends whom all share a love for one of the finest roadsters ever built. We encourage Miata owners from the area to join us at our next meeting. All events are uninsured, informal gatherings and the Rocket City Miata Club assumes no liabilities.
