By using Rocket Rush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rocket Rush for personal entertainment only.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the Game

• Exploit or hack gameplay systems

• Use the Game commercially without permission

2.3 Virtual Currency & Rewards

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value

• Items cannot be exchanged or refunded outside Apple systems

• We may modify or reset progression at any time

2.4 In-App Purchases

• Purchases are processed via Apple App Store

• We do not store payment details

• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple:

2.5 User Conduct

Users must not:

• Cheat, exploit, or automate gameplay

• Interfere with servers or systems

• Abuse bugs or vulnerabilities

• Engage in harmful or disruptive behavior

Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.

2.6 Advertisements

Rocket Rush may display ads from third-party networks. We are not responsible for external content or user interactions with advertisers.

2.7 Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Update or remove features

• Modify gameplay mechanics

• Suspend or discontinue the Game

2.8 Disclaimer

Rocket Rush is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability

• Error-free operation

• Compatibility with all devices

2.9 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Data loss or progression loss

• Device issues or software conflicts

• Third-party service failures

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, unless otherwise required by Apple policies.
