When and where are classes held?
RCBC classes are held on Tuesdays at The Village Church, 2103 Virginia Blvd. NW, Huntsville, AL 35811.

How do I audition for Symphonic Band?
Students interested in playing in Symphonic Band need to play the following for Mr. Neely:
7 major scales and arpeggios from memory (G, C, F, Bb, Eb, Ab, Db concert pitch)*
MST or MSL from the most current ABA year*
Be prepared to sight-read a short piece (approx. 16-20 measures).
*You can find prepared piece and scale sheet information from alaband.org. Prepared piece does not have to be memorized.
What do I need for class?
Each student should bring the following to class:
Instrument with appropriate accessories (valve oil, reeds, etc.)
Pencil
Music/book. Beginning Band and Concert 2 Band will be using Accent on Achievement book 1. Concert 1 Band will use Accent on Achievement book 2. Once the students begin using sheet music, they are encouraged to use a folder for their music (provided).

How do I register for classes?
For starters, fill out the Google form on the opening page. Then print off registration documents, read and sign, and bring to class with your payment in August.
How do I submit payments?
Checks may be made payable to Rocket City Band Collective.
