We are so excited to begin planning for the 2nd annual Roc Holiday Village! We thank you all for your support and look forward to curating another memorable holiday season in Rochester. Due to limited space and overwhelming restaurant inquiries, submitted applications will not guarantee a spot. Please follow the link at the bottom to submit your application for consideration.

Find our Pop-Up Restaurant inside of the Lodge Bar at RHV during all of our open hours. This coveted space is the centerpiece to our food offerings. Not for the weary, this opportunity puts your business in the busiest location on site with the possibility of having to manage 750-1250 covers each weekend. We are excited to partner with and provide our guests with the best our city has to offer! Interested restaurants should be able to average 5-8 minute ticket times, fill staff both FOH and BOH and offer high quality food options. We are asking for partners that can create a menu that includes vegan and gluten free options, hearty meals, bar snack and will also appeal to children. In addition we would like each restaurant to offer a brunch menu on Sundays from at least 11am-2pm.

Most importantly, this event is FUN! We are looking for partners that can maintain a positive attitude under pressure and stay consistent to our Jolly brand.


We Provide:

Over-sized Counter and Tables in the Lodge Bar Tent for Service.

Hanging Chalkboards displaying your Menu created by our Chalk Artist

Back of House Tent to Accommodate any Kitchen Equipment you rent

Propane Hook-up, Garbage Receptacles and Service, Free WIFI, Table Tents, Guest Seating

You Provide:

Staff for your entire operation

BOH kitchen equipment (can be rented through McCarthy Tents and Events)

POS System/Self Contained Cash and Credit Processing

You must be open every hour the Village is open on the weekend you are operating

Level 1 Certified Employee onsite at all times, COI/Sales Tax certificate

Ability to provide insurance naming the City and RHV as additionally insured

Approved Temporary Health Permit

Menu Card inserts for Table Tents

FEE: 18% of Gross Sales

*plus the cost of propane
