The Charlton Farm in Avon, NY, is a historic 1894 mansion on 30 acres offering a bed and breakfast experience near the Finger Lakes. This historic mill, built in 1833, is situated on eight idyllic acres along Spring Creek and features a gazebo, pond, waterfall and beautiful gardens.
Ten beautiful uniquely decorated, country-elegant guest rooms are filled with antiques and reproductions. All rooms have private baths, air conditioning, televisions with DVD players and remotes, free wireless internet, and many special architectural features.
The parlor is perfect for good conversation, relaxing, or reading that favorite book. Upon your arrival, afternoon refreshments and home-baked cookies are served. A fireplace graces the dining rooms with refrigerator and microwave for guest use. A Four-Seasons sunroom provides guests with the perfect place to view the Old Mill Pond and the fountain or to relax in front of a gas stove. On the banks of Spring Creek are decks, patios, a gazebo, and a nature path along the creek to Oatka Creek.

The Avon Inn
The Inn is again being renovated (2017) and reopened its doors in 2018 under new ownership. Fourteen boutique style hotel rooms are also available. Both guests of the hotel and the local community will be able to enjoy casual dining in the bar/tavern area as well as the expansive wrap-around porch. Poppies are colorful and suitable for spring viewing.
