I was always an inquisitive child and I've had a passion for science and research since my early teens. Hooked on science and nature programmes; I tried to absorb all the knowledge they had to offer. I've always found many subjects intriguing and interesting (that's probably why I took 7 subjects to A Level!), and that's what has always motivated me to investigate and research as many sources of information as I could get my hands on.
My intensive studying and hard work finally paid off in 2013 when I graduated from my doctorate at the University of Manchester and became a fully qualified Geoscientist, but still of course with a lot to learn because that never ends.
In fact, I returned to studying in 2021, starting a part time Masters in Data Science at Manchester Metropolitan University. On top of my studies I have been involved in multiple research projects in the area of Health / Sports Science and have assisted on teaching Python and Data Governance units.
I enjoy delving into new fields of research and following the results of my experiments into the uncharted scientific territory.
Please get in touch if you'd like to learn more about my career and what I'm working on now, or if you'd just like to have a nice scientific discussion.
