Our 2025 - 26 Season

Our project began with a robust mecanum drivetrain donated to the club. This chassis was constructed by a graduating senior last season and provided a high-potential mobility platform right from the start.

This year, the team decided to go with the GoBilda comprehensive starter kit. Rather than the Rev Robotics platform. So we decided on the integration of mounting the modular structure of the goBilda StarterBot directly onto the pre-existing mecanum base. This combination yielded a hybrid prototype with a more functional maneuverability.

Looking ahead to the February competition, we recognize the need for enhanced efficiency. Our next development phase focuses on key performance upgrades, specifically designing and implementing an effective intake mechanism and sorting the launcher to select specific artifacts for better scoring. We are hoping to achieve these goals through the use of design and 3D printing unique designs for our robot. These additions will be crucial for optimizing field efficiency and achieving our competitive goals.
