About the venue

We'll be partying down at the swanky [ Venue Name ] in [ Location ]. We've reserved the Penthouse Ballroom from 6 p.m.

When you arrive, please make sure you tell the concierge you are with the [ Company Name ] Christmas Party. They will show you to a lift that will take you directly to the ballroom.

Getting there

The [ Venue Name ] is located at [ Location ]. We'll be travelling in groups from the office from 5 p.m. Groups will be taking the Northern line from Chalk Farm to Leicester Square. If you plan on coming directly from a meeting by car or need to drive separately, we have up to ten reserved parking spaces at the [ Venue Name ] parking complex. Car pooling pick-up and drop-off is located at the main entrance of the hotel.
