Note on Days 2 and 3:
During the break-out sessions, participants will be separated in 3-4 groups for idea generation on a given topic:
Every participant is a ‘Citizen’ and can actively participate in these groups.
Every group is managed by a ‘Moderator’.
Before each break-out session, a panel of 3-4 members will introduce the session topic and provide a few lines of discussion and point starters. Each will then moderate a discussion group. They will later summarise the discussions to the whole audience and coordinate follow-up exchanges.
