We invite researchers and students (PhD, MSc, and UG) to present their posters at Robottingham 2024
There are limited slots, around 12-15 posters in total are expected.
Please submit the pdf / ppt of your poster to nikhil.deshpande@nottingham.ac.uk
Deadline for submission: MON, 1-Jul-2024
Notification of acceptance / rejection: WED, 3-Jul-2024
All accepted posters at ROBOTTINGHAM 2024 will be presented as 2-min lightning talks.
We do not have a template for the presentation and encourage you to use your own.
All in-person author presenters will have a poster board and stand available to put up their posters in the CS Atrium area.
You need to print and bring your poster.
Posters can be A0 / A1 size in portrait / landscape orientation. Smaller than A1 are discouraged due to lack of readability.
The physical posters can be put up since the morning of the symposium, and can remain up until the end of the symposium.
During the coffee and lunch breaks, the poster area (CS Atrium) will be open for attendees to interact with authors.
The format of the poster is up to the authors – there is no standard template.
Live demos (or videos of demos) with the posters are most welcome!
BEST POSTER CERTIFICATE
Each poster will have a 2-minute talk during the symposium.
The accepted posters are part of a competition! The winner will be adjudged during the symposium by our panel of judges. The winner will be awarded with a winners' certificate from ROBOTTINGHAM.
