Robotmon requires developer mode and USB debugging to automate your phone.
Connect the phone to PC, download the SimpleManager. Then start the service.
Now start Robotmon and pick a script to run!
The Robotmon services require the developer mode of your Android phone. Most of the Android devices can enable the developer mode by following steps:
Open the Settings app.
(Only on Android 8.0 or higher) Select System.
Scroll to the bottom and select About phone.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Build number 7 times.
Return to the previous screen to find Developer options near the bottom.

The Robotmon services require the usb debugging to start. Most of the Android devices can enable the USB debugging by:
Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging > Tap the USB Debugging checkbox

For Windows users (XP/7/8/10) you might need to install Android driver so that Windows can recognize your phone. You can check your Device Manager and see if your Android phone has a yellow exclamation mark on it.
The easies way to install driver is via your phone manufacturer. For example, HTC and Samsung had released the official driver on their website.
Alternatively, Google had released OEM USB drivers that you can download and install for your devices.

Connect your phone, check allow USB debugging.
Download Robotmon service manager of your OS and unzip it.
Press the Start Service button.
