Managing A Robotics Classroom

Space, space, more space, in a robotics classroom you need space, there is a lot of movement so the more space you can create and manage the better. On this page I will include some of my procedures and classroom management strategies that help make my robotics classroom run as smooth as possible. The size of your classroom will determine your ideal class size, keep in mind that ideally you will have one robot for every 2 students and the more robots you have running around the room, the more space you will need. I prefer a class size no bigger than 24 (more than that is more to manage), but we can't always get what we want... so we must adapt and create strategies that make larger classes easier to manage.
