1. Overview

Airport Transfer Matrix is a manual planning tool for comparing airport transfer options such as shuttle, train, bus, taxi, rideshare, parking, rental car, and private pickup. The application is not a transportation provider, booking service, navigation service, or real-time travel tracker.

The app is designed so that transfer plans and notes can be created and reviewed directly on your device. No user registration or account sign-in is required to use the core functionality.

2. Information handled by the app

Airport Transfer Matrix may process information that you manually enter into the application, including:

• airport or terminal notes;

• arrival and departure planning details;

• transfer type, route, cost range, and estimated travel time;

• baggage-fit and reliability notes;

• parking, rental-car, taxi, rideshare, shuttle, train, bus, or pickup comparisons;

• fallback instructions and private reminders.

This information is entered voluntarily by you for personal trip planning. The developer does not require you to provide your name, phone number, postal address, payment information, government identification, airline account credentials, or other account data to use the app.

3. Local storage

Transfer boards, comparison entries, route notes, cost estimates, timing fields, baggage notes, and related planning content are stored locally on your device using the application's local storage mechanisms.

No cloud account required The app does not require you to create or maintain an online Airport Transfer Matrix profile.

No developer-side trip database Your manually entered transfer matrix is not designed to be uploaded to a developer-operated server.

4. Device permissions and sensitive access

Airport Transfer Matrix is designed without GPS tracking or map setup. The app does not need access to your precise location to provide its core planning features.

The application is also not designed to require access to your contacts, microphone, camera, call history, SMS messages, device accounts, or other unrelated sensitive device information for its core functionality.

5. Third-party services and bookings

Airport Transfer Matrix does not provide an in-app booking flow for taxis, rideshare services, rental cars, shuttles, parking, flights, trains, or buses. It does not connect to your airline account or transportation provider account in order to perform its core comparison functions.

The app is intended for manual planning and comparison. If you independently use a third-party transport, travel, map, payment, booking, or airline service outside the app, that service's own privacy policy and terms will apply to your interaction with it.

6. Sharing or selling information

ROBOTICS PLUS LIMITED does not sell the transfer plans or personal notes you enter into Airport Transfer Matrix. Because the app is designed around local storage rather than a developer-operated account system, the developer does not use those local planning entries for advertising profiles or data-broker activity.

7. Security

Local storage reduces the need to transmit your planning information to a remote account service. However, no device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your device, including screen locks, operating-system updates, backups, and other protections you consider appropriate.

8. Retention and deletion

Information you enter into Airport Transfer Matrix remains on your device until you remove the relevant entries, clear the application's storage, or uninstall the app, subject to the behavior of your device and operating-system backup features.

Because the application does not require a developer-hosted user account for its core functionality, there is no separate online account that must be closed in order to stop using the app.

9. Children's privacy

Airport Transfer Matrix is a general travel-planning utility and is not directed specifically to children. The developer does not knowingly use the app to request personal information from children through account registration or social features.
