Registration and Registration Fee

●   Participants should pre-register their entries on or 7 days before the event

●   Registration links will be available starting 4 months ahead.

●   Only officially enrolled students are allowed to enter the competition.

●   Walk-in students (officially enrolled) during the registration period on the day of the event are allowed to join.

●   Participants are required to be at the venue at least one hour before the scheduled time.

●   The venue will be at Metro Dumaguete College Campus 2 Gymnasium.

●   Only registered Mobile Robots are allowed to join the race.

●   During the contest proper, walk-in registrations will have a higher registration fee.

●   Registration is per Robot per category. If a three-man team decides to join both categories, they will pay the registration fee for both categories per Robot.

●   Participants can also check the organization’s official Facebook page for updates.

A registration fee of PHP 150.00 per individual per category for advanced registration(Early registration) or PHP 200.00 per individual per category for walk-in registration (late registration) is required for every category and for every individual or every member of a team. The registration fee will cover event expenses (promotions, venue, sounds, crews, etc.), prizes, participants, and certificates, among others. All registered team members or individuals will receive a certificate of participation. Packages are also available. Please check our official Facebook page.
