Hi, I'm Abhipsa Ujwal. I'm originally from India, but grew up moving between 7+ countries in Africa. I'm a Peer Instructor at the Interdisciplinary Design Commons, a member of GT Solar Racing, and do research with Dr. Adibi's on how AI can be used to process biomedical signals. I joined Roborice when Audi mentioned the idea during our first day as Tech students and I thought it would be a valuable way to apply engineering and my background in creating sustainable gardens to an issue relevant to my home country while learning new things as we try and make this idea into reality.

I’m really glad that everyone was cooperative and collaborative in the design process of creating prototypes, giving their best effort in learning to build something from scratch. The biggest challenge we had was scheduling times to work on the project as not everyone was free at the same time, but since we gain access of the Hive during the weekend, it enabled us to work on the project during the times we don’t have class. Our next steps to improve Roborice is to tweak and test its design to see how it performs in real world terrain.

Call me "Audi" like the car! I'm from Indonesia but raised in Saudi Arabia, and I started Roborice to help the people of my home country produce enough food that they need without importing rice from elsewhere. I'm passionate in research towards both novel and vintage electronic systems, and am currently also in the VIP Retrofuturistic Hardware exploring embedded system. I am a peer instructor in GT Interdisciplinary Design Commons (The Hive), so feel free to come anytime to work on your projects or learn something new!

I'm originally from Bangladesh, but moved to the United States 4 years ago. On the practical side of things, I'm passionate about embedded systems to solve real world problems. My main focus is on the software side, but I still love learning interdisciplinary things in electrical and mechanical engineering.
My interest in Roborice stems from the desire to work on technologies capable to drive positive social change, as well as learning new things as we progress in the project.

Hello! My name is Zachary and I am from Asheville, North Carolina. Growing up in the Appalachian Mountains have developed my love and fascination for the environment. I am an avid gardener and robotics enthusiast. I have a creative passion to design things, ranging from landscape sites to Virtual Reality systems. In addition, I am a trombone player in the concert and marching bands at Georgia Tech. RoboRice has allowed me to embrace the freedom of entrepreneurship at a larger scope. I am very open-minded and multidisciplinary: I hope that my experiences and skills can enable a product that reshapes the world for the better.
