All formatting for proposals for workshops, panels, and papers should follow the Springer LNCS format. The overleaf template can be found here . The LateX templates can be found here. Word templates can be found here . All submissions must be in the form of PDF files. Research Papers accepted and presented at the conference will be published as proceedings of the conference in Springer LNCS.
All submissions should be made on EasyChair only.
We invite proposals for workshops and panels (1000-3000 words), structured into three sections that describe:
the workshop's topic,
the format of the workshop, and
a list of speakers invited for the workshop, with short bio (100 words) and abstract (100-200 words of talk). (Note: workshops must have at least 3 invited speakers; other speakers may be recruited by open call.)
Workshops and panels can be scheduled for 90-180 minute slots, depending on the proposal and on availability of slots in the final program. Panels should preferably take only 90 minute slots. Workshops and panels should address conference topics as stated on the 'Conference Topics '.
If a workshop proposal is accepted, the conference organizers clarify with the workshop proposers whether a blind review for the submissions to the workshop should be conducted. (This is the case if (a) workshop speakers wish to produce a paper for the Proceedings, or (b) the workshop includes an open call for contributions).
We invite submissions of full research papers (3000-5000 words, excluding references). Please consult the 'Conference Topics' to decide which topic(s) is/are primarily addressed in your contribution, mark these topics (preferably, your 1st and 2nd choice) at the top of your submission, and prepare your paper for double blind anonymous review. In order to be accepted for presentation, contributions must report empirical research or be informed by it; in selected cases purely conceptual research may be presented as well.
We invite descriptions (1000-2000 words) for research posters and for art installations or performances. Accepted proposals for Posters will be published in the Proceedings after the conference, proposals for Art Installations/Performances can be included in the Proceedings.
All submitted research papers and posters will undergo a double blind peer review by 3 reviewers, who send their recommendations to the Program Committee, who then decides on final acceptance. Workshop coordinators organize the review for workshop contributions independently.
Submissions will be assessed based on research novelty and alignment with the conference's focus, not on grammatical elegance. Therefore, we request that no generative AI be used in submissions.
We request that all submitters and participants follow the highest traditions of scholarship, with regards to authorship, attribution, and argument. For any questions regarding these, please consult these guidelines or get in touch with the organizers.
