Taiji for STEM is a unique fundraising initiative that combines traditional martial arts instruction with community impact.
Private lessons, small-group workshops, guided hikes, and special seminars are offered by Anthony Relator, a high school mathematics teacher, martial artist, and founder of Robo Dojo STEM Academy. The goal is to provide high-quality instruction in Chen Style Taijiquan while helping expand access to STEM education for young people.
TONY RELATOR MARTIAL ARTS CREDENTIALS (LINK)
• Over 30+ years of martial arts experience
• 30+ Gold Medals in regional, national, and international competition
• Certified instructor in Chen Taiji from renowned Grandmaster Wong Waiyi (BIO)
• Additional certification and experience as an instructor in Kickboxing, and Tae Kwon Do
Every lesson helps fund robotics equipment, replacement parts, scholarships, educational field trips, and hands-on STEM learning opportunities for students. 20 LEGO Spike Prime robotics kits purchased and currently in use by students.Over $10,000 invested in startup equipment. By participating in these lessons, students and practitioners invest not only in their own personal growth, but also in opportunities for the next generation of engineers, scientists, innovators, and leaders.

POSSIBLE TOPICS: Form training and correction (lao jia yi lu, lao jia er lu, hunyuan 48), Taiji weapon form and application (dao, jian, or spear), Taiji fundamental theory and skill training, Push hands (Fundamentals, Drills, Free Form, Competition Techniques), Form creation for competition/demo format, Taiji martial applications, Kickboxing / San Da workout, Self Defense concepts, Traditional Power Training (pole shaking, bang, calisthenics, less common training methods), Standing Meditation and Qigong.
