MATERIALS REQUIRED:
Take an LED and connect the cathode [-] to one end of a resistor.
Connect the anode of the LED to any one leg of a switch.
Take a 9 volt battery.
Connect the second end of the resistor to the cathode of the battery.
Connect the anode of the battery to the leg of the switch which is not connected.
MATERIALS REQUIRED:
Take a DC MOTOR.
Take a battery.
Connect any leg of the motor to the anode of the battery.
Take a switch.
Connect the cathode of the battery to any leg of the switch.
Connect the leg of the switch which is not connected to the leg of the motor which is not connected.
SWITCH ON the circuit, the axle of the motor will rotate.
If you want the axle to rotate in the opposite direction, just flip the wires connected to the motor.
WHY IS IT SO?
If you flip the wires, the axle rotates in the opposite direction because the motor works on DIRECT CURRENT and not ALTERNATING CURRENT.
MATERIALS REQUIRED:
Connect the anode of the battery to the B of the switch.
Connect the cathode of the battery to the cathodes of all LEDs.
Connect A of the switch to the anodes of all LEDs
