After completing the How-To video MVP, my team ran a content user test to determine if more interactive content would lead to a better product activation result for GoDaddy's major products. Early tests trended toward the positive. The MVP was a combination of text, additional guidance/resources and video instruction to create a Hero's journey for the customer.

Results: Initial results are trending to a 10% improvement in achieved value moments (publish a website, add social media accounts, publish images, add SEO) for the Websites + Marketing product.
