Robinson Lawn Care – Terms & Conditions
1. Scheduling & Booking
All appointment times and prices shown online are estimates only.
Every booking must be approved before it is confirmed.
Final pricing depends on property size, condition, and service needs.
Weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns may require rescheduling.
2. Communication
Texting only. No phone calls.
All communication, updates, approvals, and questions will be handled by text message.
3. Estimates
Some services require an in‑person estimate before final pricing.
Estimates are based on lawn size, overgrowth, obstacles, and service complexity.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before their appointment.
Last‑minute cancellations may result in delays in future scheduling.
5. Property Access
Customers must ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time.
Gates should be unlocked, pets secured, and obstacles removed when possible.
If the property cannot be accessed, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
6. Safety
Robinson Lawn Care reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, including aggressive animals, hazardous objects, or extreme weather.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Travel fees may apply for properties outside the standard service area.
8. Service Limitations
Arrival times may vary due to weather, job length, or route changes.
Overgrown lawns, excessive debris, or unexpected conditions may result in additional charges.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
Any changes to property conditions should be communicated before the appointment.
