I have decided to pursue racecar driving and engineering . What prompted me to pursue this is the fact I don't hear much of female racecar drivers or engineering careers. I would like to change that and be an inspiration to all females around the world to follow their dreams and to keep going even though it will get tough. How I found out that I wanted to presue this career is that like to be creative and that as long as I had the skills for it and learned the steps I could turn my dreams into reality and make new things and create new history like everyone else. So far to get to my career I have taken an engineering class and I will find and try to take other classes that will help me get closer to my career.

I currently go to cove as they help me research and study my career path. I have learned a bit about bridge architecture in engineering class and that there are no short cuts when building a bridge since it normally ends badly if you do not take account for all things a bridge needs to be built for. Such as the pressure it will experience on average. so the material needs to withstand constant high pressure or it needs to even out the pressure to help it not twist and bend to the point of breaking.

One skill I learnd is a bit of leadership. Last year in my freshmen year of high school I was taken on a field trip to learn leadership skills. I learned that to be a good leader I need to be open minded and know when it's time to let someone else lead the team. To also listen to directions to help lead the team to the best of my abilities. I have also practiced calming techniques to help keep myself calm when I am put under a lot of pressure. This will help me as what I want to work with sometimes has pressure.

As for my plans after high school I will try to attend both a community college and a trade school to get the full learning experience and best skills I can get myself to. My options for college or trade school would honestly depend on how my life turns out then I will have to change some plans but I will still make it to my goal. How I will affect the community after I finish my goal is that I will continue to do my best and inspire others to do their best too. I may also be able to change lives with a new invention or a new device to make life easier. Which will lead me to stay on the right track and not get blinded by money and do my dream career happily. This will have a positive impact on the world and it will change the world one day.
