COVID-19 is more than just a "little flu", it can cause damage, some permanent, to many major organs in the body. The virus mutates, as well. The elastic on the masks for the "Regular" size run rather large (I've tested). I recommend that you get the "Small Mask", unless you have a really large face, or prefer a very loose mask. The mask itself is the same size for both, only the elastic is shorter on the Small. If you are unsure, you can get the Regular and, if it is too large, you can always stitch the elastic to your desired snugness.
Somewhat unintuitively, don't click on the "Size" option, click on the "Type" and choose "Small Mask" as shown in the screenshot below. (NOTE: you can also get a Fitted mask, but in the Patterns only. I cannot make the "Smile masks" available in the Fitted mask due to placement restrictions -- the mask is first printed, then sewn, which would distort the smile.)
I love my smile mask and get a lot of positive comments on it ("What a great idea!" and "How fun!", they say.) These masks are super soft and breathable (great for exercise!). For extra protection, wear over your regular mask.
