Robin E. J is assistant professor at the Department of Philosophy, University of Calicut. He joined the university in February 2021. He has studied MA philosophy at the university campus (University of Calicut) and at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where he wrote his PhD thesis on transcendental philosophy and phenomenological psychopathology.


His research falls within the areas of phenomenology, medical humanities, and phenomenological psychopathology. Leveraging literary resources, he has attempted to demonstrate how phenomenology and psychopathology can be brought into mutually beneficial conversation.
