Buzzing Battle is a strategic deckbuilder game, in which you choose from four diffrent colonies of bugs. Each colony has their own spacialty, for example butterflies are particularly talented in magic, while ants are stronger phisycal fighters.Â
Each year the four Colonies meet for an epic battle to the death, to satisfy the wicked hunger of the forest.
Druing the span of a couple days my group of three, Sky Kronenberg and Theo Goloka, came up with the idea of Buzzing Battle, made our first prototyp on a Miro borad, tested that one a couple of times, befor we made a prototyp out of pen and paper.
Once the game was fairly balanced, no colony perticualy stronger then the others, we started on the final Version. Theo made all the illustrations for the cards, while I added text onto them in Clip Studio and Sky wrote the instructions.
