xoxo studios tag line: Where creativity lives.

The right-brain/left-brain theory was developed in the 1960s based on the work of Nobel Prize winner, Roger W. Sperry.

Sperry's theory said that one side of a person's brain is dominant. If your thinking is more analytical and methodical, you're said to be left-brained. But if you're an artistic and creative person, you might be called right-brained. You've probably seen infographics on Pinterest or social media quizzes to help you figure out which hemisphere is your dominant one.

Left Brain

A graphic illustrating how the left and right sides of the brain are different. The left side show graphs, charts and data while the right side is colorful and abstract to imply creativity.

Right Brain

Many designers will show you photos of the beautiful things they've created, but they have no metrics or details to explain why they did what they did... and if it even worked!

If you ask me, "pretty for pretty's sake" is great if you want a painting to hang on your wall, but it's worthless in business.

So what happens if use BOTH
sides of your brain?

Hi, I'm robin!

I'm the creative force behind xoxo studios and a positive and visionary creative leader...

And I utilize both sides of my brain
because it makes sense for my clients.

Enacting change, encouraging customers to buy or raising the image of an organization is what's important in my work.
