My primary research interests are Entrepreneurial Finance, Fintech, and Law. Currently, I am currently working with a revolutionary U.S. securities-based crowdfunding dataset. More information about this project can be found here.

I am a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and lived for several years in the state of South Carolina where I attended the University of South Carolina. At the University of South Carolina, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics with an emphasis in Actuarial Science, minors in Risk Management & Insurance, and Political Science. I graduated Magna Cum Laude.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading books, and volunteering in the community.

-My favorite countries that I have visited are Croatia, Italy, and Iceland.

-My favorite books are The Killers of Flower Moon (by David Grann) and The Book Thief (by Marcus Zusak).

-Over the years, I have volunteered with Junior Achievement, the YMCA, and other organizations that inspire and prepare young people to succeed.

I have created separate pages for my book and travel recommendations. Please check them out!
