Robert Reinhardt

Greetings and welcome!

I am a third-year PhD candidate at the Sorbonne School of Economics at University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. My research centers around effects of climate change in developing countries. I specialise in studying the local impacts of natural hazards on migration, urbanization, and investment networks using remote sensing applications. Additionally, I explore fiscal sustainability and climate mitigation in the context of climate stress scenarios.

I hold a Master's degree in Economics with a specialisation on Development Economics from University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of Mannheim

In 2023, I was invited to visit the United Nations University at the Institute for Environment and Human Security and was awarded the Alliance Mobility Grant to visit Columbia University in Spring 2024.
