About me

I am a post-doctoral researcher at Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa and I am a member of the project  "Dynamics and Information Research Institute - Quantum Information" supervised by Prof.  Stefano Marmi.

I received my PhD in Mathematics at GSSI (Gran Sasso Science Institute), under the supervision of Prof. Carlangelo Liverani. Following that I was a post-doctoral researcher at LPSM (Sorbonne Université) and then at University of Pisa.

Research Interests

My main research interest lies in the study of the statistical properties of dynamical systems, using a functional analytical method developed in the last years to investigate  "chaotic" systems. It consists in the study of the spectral properties of the transfer operator on appropriate Banach spaces. Of great interest is the application of this method to either hyperbolic systems with low regularity (such as piece-wise smooth hyperbolic maps) or partially hyperbolic systems.
