I am a Marie Skłodowska–Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at GREDEG, Université Côte d’Azur. In my project MAP, I examine the control, ownership, and board structures of firms in the global energy sector, with a focus on their physical investments in the energy transition and how these corporate structures influence climate and energy policies. I am also an affiliated Junior Scientist at the RFF-CMCC European Institute on Economics and the Environment (EIEE) in Milan.
Previously, I was a Junior Scientist at EIEE, where I contributed to the modelling work on heterogeneous expectations and low-carbon transition as part of the SMOOTH ERC project. I also worked on the FIND ERC project, investigating the demand side of the carbon dioxide removal credits market, and the CAPABLE Horizon Europe project, studying the role of speculation in the EU ETS.
I earned my PhD in economics from Bielefeld University and the University of Surrey as part of the European Joint Doctorate "Expectations and Social Influence Dynamics in Economics" (ExSIDE), which was funded by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) in European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program. My thesis, "Essays on the role of expectation dynamics, social influence and technology diffusion on efficiency, growth and inequality", was supervised by Herbert Dawid (Bielefeld), Paul Levine (Surrey) and co-supervised by David Tuckett (UCL, London).
I hold a Master's degree in economics from Unviersità Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan).
