Approximately 13.8 billion years ago, the universe exploded with possibilities—One of which was me.  I am here to help people feel deeply seen, soften their self-judgment, and illuminate roads that once felt closed right when they were about to turn back.

My work blends therapeutic presence, irreverent humor, practical magic, and emotional intelligence to create spaces where transformation feels safe, accessible, and even a little bit fun.

I believe in sensitivity as strength, in technology as a partner rather than a threat, and in the radical power of quiet people doing deep work. I value kindness without performance, creativity without burnout, and solutions that honor both soul and system.

I move through the world as a guide, not a guru. I do not fix people. I witness them, challenge gently, and offer tools that help them come home to themselves.
