Robert J. Badzmierowski, better known as Coach Badz has 13 years of coaching experience spanning between college, high school, and youth programs. He has guided athletes at every level to unlock their full potential. From his tenure as collage Head Coach for the Boston University Terriers to mentoring players in elite travel programs Garciaparra Baseball Group Northeast (GBG), he brings a proven track record of success in team management, player development, and skill-building that will provide players with the tools they need to reach their baseball goals. Coach Badz's coaching approach has a heavy focus on traditional methods while balancing modern analytics to also keep up with the constant progression of the game. Whether it’s one-on-one instruction or team-wide strategies, he is committed to developing not just better players, but stronger leaders on the diamond. His wide variety of experiences allows him to work with all types of players from all skill levels.
