STATUS: Pending
When you redeem request any reward, pending is the initial status that is displayed within your reward. Before each transaction is finalised, our team reviews your account activity. Review times vary, but they are typically between 24 to 48 hours. On weekends and holidays may take longer. Please contact customer service if your transaction has not been evaluated within 7 days. You won't be able to request another reward, until the one in Pending Status has been evaluated.
STATUS: Completed
If the status of your transaction is completed, it means that we have already processed your reward. Once a transaction has been set as 'Completed,' it is no longer a subject for revisions. Your reward will be sent to your provided email, so you will need to open your email inbox, look for Tremendous and redeem it, if it's PayPal or Gift Card. As for Crypto, the code will be available in your Transaction History Page. If your Tremendous reward is already completed, but you cannot find email from Tremendous, check again later. It might not already be delivered by Tremendous.
Important: If your Transaction status is completed, but you received a Tremendous Notification that it was cancelled by the sender: This means your activity was flagged by Tremendous for based on the Tremendous fraud list or device or account has multiple associated emails
STATUS: Decline
If your transaction has a Decline status, it means our system has discovered severe flaws or policy violations. Some of the most common reasons are "Old App version usage", "Offerwall Chargebacks/Reversals" and "Referral Frauds" Once transaction is marked as decline, it will no longer be subject for revisions and you will not be eligible for this reward. Your account may also be restricted, in terms of features, or suspended. There may be more reasons as to why your transaction is declined, so make sure to keep track of your notifications page. We may also email you, if this occurs. You will be able to see a reason for rejection, next to the transaction.
STATUS: Cannot Be Completed
If your transaction's status is Cannot Be Completed, it means there is an issue preventing us from processing it. This can be due to country regulations, incorrectly provided email address and more. You will receive a full refund on your credits, if not stated otherwise. You should receive a notification or email, if you receive a transaction, with this status, as there can be more reasons. For such cases we may transfer your earnings into your app-balance, marking your transaction as completed with red checkmark
STATUS: Verified
If you get a Verified Transaction status, it means your reward have already been approved and just awaits completion. Verified Trasactions may have slight delays, due to various reasons, such as concerns of Offerwall Reversals, many recent withdrawn rewards or we just need longer time to complete it. Verified Transactions are known to take from 2 Minutes to 60 Days, before completed. We recommend to continue requesting rewards, rather than waiting till each is completed. While Roaster Earn's policy is to deliver rewards as soon as possible, the partners we work with (such as Offerwalls) are delivering the actual player rewards NET-30 or NET-60 (At the end of each month), therefore if a player stops playing/requesting, while having transactions as verified, it just further delays your rewards and any new that you might request.
STATUS: Postponed
Status Postponed delays your transaction, if we require additional review times and email verifications. If yours is Postponed, you may receive an email, from security@roasterearn.website, to verify your account activity. Once that happens, you need to reply to the email, with all of the requested information. Failure to verify your activity may result in a declined transactions, deducted credits and account suspensions. Postponed transactions are known to take up to 60 Days in review, before finalised. Note if you have a requests on Postponed, you will be unable to make another withdraw request.

Status; On Queue - Indicating that your transaction might take longer than usual to receive, due to reasons beyond our control. There is no estimated time for when such transaction can be completed. This status is very rare.
Internet Connection - When you withdraw, make sure to have a strong internet connection to avoid unusual service interruptions
Estimated Payment Date - The estimated payment date under Verified and Pending Transactions are only approximate and there is no guarantee that your reward will be completed in the exact same date. It may arrive sooner/later.
Crypto Codes - Once your Gift Me Crypto Reward is completed, your voucher code will be available in the Transaction history page. You can copy-paste and use it.
Tremendous - 7-Day Redeem Policy - When we complete a reward, via Tremendous, you will have 7-Days to redeem it from your email inbox. If you do not redeem it, we may cancel it. You will be eligible for a refund, if you contact us. Please always redeem your reward within 7-Days
