Understand that any attempt to violate our policies may result in the permanent suspension of your account or difficulties in using the app.

Please note that our application and its services are not available to users under the age of 18. By creating an account or signing in, you explicitly confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way that could harm our policies. Attempting to extract the source code of the app or create derivative versions is strictly prohibited. RoastingTechnologies™ and Roaster Earn own all intellectual property rights related to the app. Use of illegal software for personal gain, such as malicious scripts or bots, is forbidden. If you discover any vulnerabilities, please contact us at support@roasterearn.website immediately. Sharing exploits over the internet, such as in YouTube is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to make changes to the app as necessary and in accordance with our team's review process. 1.1 - Data Access | No Rooted Devices

The Roaster Earn app stores and processes personal data you have provided to us to offer our services. Therefore, we recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it may make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromising its security and affecting the app's functionality. The app also uses third-party services, each with its own Terms and Conditions, which can be found in our Privacy Policy and Third-Party Policy

1.2 - Internet Access

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. Roaster Earn cannot be held responsible for reduced app functionality due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or depleted data allowances. Please be aware of your mobile network provider's terms, including data charges and roaming fees, if applicable. It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged to use the app effectively.

1.3 - Application Updates

The app is currently available only on Android OS systems, and system requirements may change. Periodically, we release new updates that you must download to continue using the app. While we do not promise frequent updates, we expect you to accept them when offered. Using old app versions may result in policy violations and potential account suspension.

1.4 - Representations And Warranties

By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into this agreement and use the services. You agree to comply with all of Roaster Earn's policies and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Any violation of this section may result in loss of features, up to and including termination of your account.

1.5 - Account & Eligibility

Some services require user accounts, and only one account per user is permitted. Transferring or selling user accounts to third parties is prohibited. You must provide truthful and accurate information, uphold these Terms, and comply with applicable laws. Safeguard your account information, as you are responsible for its use. Your account may be deleted without warning for violating these Terms.

1.6 - Inactivity

Roaster Earn reserves the right to suspend or delete any inactive account without notice after 60 consecutive days of inactivity. All accumulated "Credits" and In-App Rewards will be considered void and removed. We consider several factors as inactivity, including but not limited to: No collected "Credits", No requested "Rewards" , No attempt to connect to the service within this timeframe. Note that once an account is deleted, it will not be restorable and you will need to start from fresh, if you ever wish to use Roaster Earn again.

1.7 - Advertisements

While using the Application and Services, you may interact with advertisements and promotions from advertisers or sponsors. Certain restrictions may apply for participating in paid sponsorship. For the full list, please review our Rules & Regulations.

1.8 - Real-Life Rewards

We do not offer rewards for playtime or installing applications. Before completing any transaction, we thoroughly review accounts for suspicious activity or violations. Roaster Earn aims to provide rewards correctly and on time, but we cannot guarantee that every transaction will be completed. Roaster Earn is for entertainment purposes only, offering everyone a chance to earn a reward.

1.9 - Reward Fees

All Reward transactions are subject to fees. For PayPal Cards the fee is 5% of the amount and no less than 0.25$ Tremendous Gift Cards are with 0% Fees, where Crypto Vouchers comes with 0.50€ Fee. Based on our Rules & Regulations: Game Reward Fee Policy, depending on your activity type, new fees might be applied for all rewards, reaching up to 50% of the amount. This is determined by the agent, reviewing your reward transactions.
