This information is collected to help you complete the registration process, if you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to create an account on Roaman Intelligent.
1.2. Some of our services may require you to provide certain personal sensitive information (such as gender, nickname, birthday, etc.) to achieve certain functions. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to normally use certain features in the Service, but it does not affect your use of other features in the Service. If you voluntarily provide your sensitive personal information, you consent to us processing your sensitive personal information for the purposes and in the manner described in this policy.
1.3. When you use our feedback module or consult your dentist, your uploaded pictures, text, comments, likes and other information will be stored in our servers, as storage is necessary for this function. We will not provide the above information unless you choose to do so or comply with relevant laws and regulations.
1.4. When you use our APP to control hardware products, we will obtain your mobile phone Bluetooth permission after obtaining your independent consent, in order to achieve the function of device control. If you refuse to provide this authorization, you will only be unable to use the above functions, but it will not affect your normal use of our other functions. In addition, you can turn off the authorization at any time in your phone's system Settings.
2. Information we collect proactively when you use our products or services
2.1. Registration information: In order to provide you with a comprehensive service, you may need to provide the following information when registering and logging in: through the mobile phone number, password to verify whether your identity is valid. Your nickname is automatically generated by the system, you can modify your nickname in [My] - [Avatar]. If you refuse to provide your mobile number for verification, your registration may be unsuccessful.
2.2. Device Information: When you use our APP, we will receive and record information about the device you use according to your specific rights in the software installation or use authorization. For example, your device model, operating system version information, device Settings, mobile device version, device identification code (device MAC address, etc.), screen indicator rate, device environment, telecom operators and other software and hardware characteristics, device location information, Such as IP addresses, GPS locations, and sensor information such as WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide relevant information. If you refuse to grant us permission during installation or use, we will not record the above information. This data is collected to improve your user experience and provide you with better services.
2.3. Log information: When you use our functions or services, we will automatically collect details about your use of our services and save them as relevant network logs. This includes the type of content you view, the date and time of your visit, the history of the pages you visit, and the length of your stay. This kind of information is the basic information needed to improve the user experience. If you refuse to provide log information, you cannot use our service normally.
2.4. Location Information: When you use location-related services, we may record the location information of your device in order to provide you with relevant services. When you use our Services, we may obtain your geographic location information through IP address, location information, WIFI or other means. If you do not provide geolocation information, it may cause nearby devices to be unable to search, but does not affect your use of other features of Roaman Intelligent. At the same time, you can also deny/revoke this permission at any time through the location-related feature Settings. Refusal will prevent you from using the above features, and when you cancel the permission, we will no longer collect this information.
2.5.Wi-Fi list and name: When there are smart hardware devices used in conjunction with the App, there are models that need to transmit data over Wi-Fi. When using these smart hardware devices, in order to enable these devices to connect to the Internet, you need to provide them with the name of your home network (router SSID) through the App. You also need to detect Wi-Fi hotspots created by smart devices through the App; This requires you to allow us to use the Wi-Fi feature. If you refuse to open, it will only make you unable to use the relevant functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the App. At the same time, you can also cancel the permission at any time through the relevant function Settings. However, after you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; However, unless you delete your information in accordance with the provisions of the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of information based on your prior authorization.
2.6. Photo and video information: When you give feedback in the APP, you can send photos, audio, video and other files about your device usage, and you need to enable the permission to read the files. We will collect the pictures and videos you upload to us based on the photos you take. If you refuse to provide this information or turn on access to the files, you will only be unable to use the business functions described above and will not affect your use of other functions of Roaman Intelligent.
2.7. Bluetooth information: If you already have related hardware devices such as Roman electric toothbrush and want to connect the hardware products to the Roaman Intelligent APP for use, you can do so by opening the Bluetooth permission. If you refuse to enable the Bluetooth permission, you will only be unable to use the relevant business functions, but will not affect your use of other functions of Roaman Intelligent. You can also cancel the permission at any time through the relevant function Settings, after you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information, and can no longer provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; However, unless you delete your information in accordance with the provisions, your cancellation will not affect our information processing and storage based on your prior authorization.
2.8. Hardware device information: In order to manage your device data and display your relevant data, we need to collect your device usage time, mode, duration, intensity, as well as its related measurement data and setting data. Device data is personal sensitive information. The purpose of collecting such information is to measure, record, display and make statistics on relevant data to provide you with more abundant services.
2.9.DCloud automatic collection: Our products are developed based on DCloud uni-app(5+ App/Wap2App). During application operation, your device unique identification number (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information) needs to be collected to provide statistical analysis services. And through application startup data and exception error log analysis to improve performance and user experience, to provide better services for users. 5. Under the premise of respecting the user's personal information protection terms, we will provide you with information related to Roaman Intelligent by SMS. If you do not want to accept the messages pushed by us, you can unsubscribe by SMS prompt reply or by other means provided by us such as customer service.
Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a function or service does not collect your information as described above, we will separately explain the content, scope and purpose of information collection to you through page prompts, interactive processes, etc., in order to obtain your consent.
5.1 In short, we will use the collected personal information to achieve the functions of our products and services in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, and we will obtain your consent before collecting your personal information.
5.2 After collecting your information, we will de-identify the data through technical means, and the de-identified information will not contain information that can be identified to specific individuals. (7) In the following circumstances, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:
Directly related to national security and national defense security;
