Despite attempts by different forces in society to keep Women confined within the four walls or traditional gender roles, many have broken the glass ceiling and become self-reliant. These courageous women have shown that women and girls can do anything if allowed to take control of their own lives. Seven such fighters were recognized on May 27, 2022, at the "Unsung Women Nation Builders Awards", an initiative of The Daily Star and IPDC Finance. Our CEO Takia Sultana Nova is one of them who was recognized by her initiative of "Road BookBD".

Invest In Women Idea Challenge 2024
Save the Children in Bangladesh organized an Idea Challenge called Invest In Women on the occasion of International Women's Day 2024, where Team SafeTrack (Team Members: Takia Sultana Nova, Sara Karim, Sohana Tasneem) represented Roadbook BD and emerged as one of the 7 winners from all over Bangladesh. Save the Children is funding the wonderful ideas of these 7 groups to implement their investment in women's rights.
