Esther is a big heart, a reflective soul, and a pretty great storyteller. Deep into 2021, she decided she needed to hit the reset button. When asked what she was thinking about when she set out on her cross country road trip, she told us, "I knew my students didn't have the opportunity to travel like this. I wanted to bring my experiences back to them." However, there was another motivation as well -- "Getting back into nature and being in silence. I needed some alone time."

He's back -- and this time, he brought receipts. In this episode, our returning guest, Eric (see: Episode 13) pulls back the curtain on what it really takes to travel affordably without selling a kidney or joining a cult. From hacking flight deals to sleeping in a treehouse for $12 (okay...maybe not that one... yet), Eric breaks down the myths, shares his stories, and proves once again that adventure doesn't have to come with a luxury price tag. Whether you're broke, frugal, or just hate paying full price on principle, this one's for you!
