Safety in the Laboratory
One of the best ways to help students understand new concepts is through experience. In the science classroom, that means practicing with hands-on activities and going in the laboratory. It's awesome! Because of the nature of our work, safety is a priority for our students and faculty.

Here you will find safety resources, including the Flinn Scientific Safety Contract; this information will be reviewed in each science class that students take (and we'll have a quiz on them!). All students and parent(s)/guardian(s) are required to sign a copy of the safety contract acknowledging that you have read the safety rules and will abide by them. Students are encouraged to refer to this information frequently!
