Booking Policy

1. An auction security amount (booking money) is required before the Auction Bidding of the vehicle in Japan Live Auction. *Auction security Amount may vary due to vehicle price and its’ exclusiveness.

2. Bidding confirmation from client is required for bidding through official medium.

3. Customer will get the full reimbursement of the auction security amount only if the vehicle is not successfully purchased from Japan Live Auction.

4. Auction Security Amount will be forfeited if the customer cancels his booking after we have successfully won the car auction. No refund will be entertained as we will need to order the car to Bangladesh at our own cost.

5. Payment shall be made phase by phase by the customer after successful bidding of the vehicle.

6. Delayed payment may cause delayed shipment of the vehicle.

7. We contain rights to charge penalty from (0.5 to 1.5)% on any payment schedule default of the customer.

8. Customer has to bear Tk.400.00 per day as Wharf Rent (Port Charge)/day, if the customer failed to release the vehicle after arrival of the vehicle in Port of Bangladesh.

9. Payment shall have to be paid in full before completion of BRTA registration of the vehicle.

10. Customer has to bear any cost at actual due to abrupt/typical changes in Custom Duty/Tax Structure/Freight Cost/Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Fluctuation and any other material content.

11. Customer has to bear every cost incurred due to cancellation or modification of shipment schedule of the vehicle. Please note that, we have no access to control/modify the shipping schedule. Shipping schedule is determined by the shipping lines and booked by the supplier/agent thus we will no longer in place to compensate any financial loss or delayed delivery of Pre-Ordered vehicle.

12. Referring the Terms & Condition and Return & Refund Policy of RN Cars. If any content is pay no heed to any material content prescribed at this juncture; The Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy of RN Cars will equally act as the obligatory terms & condition and policy to be followed.
