Mr. Edmar Roxas put up his very own business. His inspiration is the business of his partner’s sister, which also has the same concept. The idea is to expand the beauty of this balloon art in his hometown - Pampanga. Hopefully, this business will grow so we can spread more love and happiness in many places.

Noel is a former seafarer and is currently working as an Air Traffic Controller. His sister's (Marie Josephine L. Nicolas) business which has the same concept gave the owner an inspiration to start this business.
