RM PDF Reader & Document Viewer ("the App") is provided by Amin Software Zone ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Documents and file access

The App lets you select and view supported local files, including PDF, TXT, DOC, DOCX and XLSX files. To provide document-reading features, the App accesses the file content and metadata (such as file name and location) needed to open and display a document. Documents are processed on your device for viewing; we do not operate a server that receives the contents of your documents.

The App uses Android's file selection and file-access mechanisms. Opening a file or folder gives the App access to the content you select, subject to Android's permissions. You can choose not to open a file and can manage granted access through your device settings where available.

2. Information saved on your device

The App may save local settings and document-related information, such as language preferences, recent file references, favorites, or folder selections, to support its features. These records are stored on the device rather than in an Amin Software Zone online account. Clearing the App's data or uninstalling it generally removes App-managed local records, subject to Android device and backup behavior.

3. Advertising and automatically collected information

The App integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show advertisements. Google's advertising services may automatically collect or process information such as device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and approximate location inferred from network information. Depending on region, settings and consent, information may be used for ad delivery, personalization, measurement, fraud prevention and related purposes.

Google processes this information under its own terms and policies. Please review Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising. We do not control Google's independent retention practices.

4. How information is used and shared

Document content is used locally to render the files you choose. We do not intentionally transmit the contents of your documents to our servers or sell your documents. Information handled by the advertising SDK may be transmitted to Google and its partners in connection with advertising and related operations, as described above.

5. Permissions

The App requires internet and network-state access for advertising-related functionality. The App's document-reading functionality may use Android's system document picker or applicable file-access permissions. Permissions and access available to the App depend on the installed release and your Android version.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local app preferences and document references may remain on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. This does not delete the original documents stored elsewhere on your device. To exercise applicable rights regarding information processed by Google, consult Google's privacy controls and policies. 7. Security

We seek to limit file access to what is needed for document viewing and rely on Android platform security controls. No security method can guarantee absolute protection. Please avoid opening documents from untrusted sources.

8. Children's privacy

The App is a general-purpose document viewer and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through an account or registration feature. If you have concerns about a child's data, contact us.

9. Your choices

• Choose which documents you open.

• Manage applicable app permissions in Android settings.

• Clear locally saved App data or uninstall the App.

• Manage advertising-related privacy preferences using available device or Google controls.
