Sundays 8:30-9:30am

Shouldice Aquatic Center 5303 Bowness Road NW Calgary, Alberta 

Wednesdays 8:00-9:00pm

Fridays 6-7pm

Why do we swim? 

Because we love it! We swim in a structured, professionally coached team environment aiming to get the best workout possible.

Silver lanes: 1:40-1:50
