1. The Service
Radios France is the digital equivalent of a radio receiver. The Service consists of an index of radio stations designed to simplify finding radio programming from broadcast or radio sources, whether available through any software applications made available for mobile devices or computer systems.
Radios France is not a broadcaster and its directory service just redirects users to specific content providers in accordance with their publicly available services. Radios France is an intermediary which connects (via embedded hyperlinks) users to radios broadcasting over the Internet. Radios France does not own any of the brands it lists or claim any rights in the content that listeners may access. Radios France does not host, store, copy, or retransmit any audio content. Radios France complies with applicable laws and fully respects third-party rights. Radios France is not liable for any content that any of the listed radio stations broadcasts.
Radios France is an intermediary which connects (via embedded hyperlinks) users to radios broadcasting over the Internet. The App functions as a specialized technical player (User-Agent) that facilitates a direct connection between the user’s device and the broadcaster's public URL. Radios France does not own any of the brands it lists
2. Content Ownership and Attribution
All audio streams, logos, and related media accessible through the app are the intellectual property of their respective radio station owners, broadcasters, or licensors. All radio streams referenced in this Service are publicly available sources provided by the respective broadcasters on their own servers or authorized CDN infrastructure.
We do not claim ownership of any radio content and do not host, store, copy, or retransmit any streams. The app provides a user-friendly directory and player to access streams already made publicly available by the broadcasters themselves.
Broadcasters are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to distribute their content. Radios France does not verify ownership of stream rights. Stations may be removed upon request by their respective owners or in case of valid copyright concerns.

3. Content Removal Requests
We respect the intellectual property rights of all broadcasters and content providers. If you are a radio station or content owner and would like your station to be removed or modified in our app, please contact us at:

A direct link or reference to the content in question
Proof of ownership or authorization
The action you would like us to take
We will respond promptly to all valid requests and process removals within 24 hours.
4. Using the Service
Our service is provided only for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not transfer the Radios France Service to a third party. You agree that you will not resell, sublicense, transfer, rent, lease, or exploit the Radios France Service commercially, in whole or in part. You agree that you will not use the Radios France Service in any unlawful manner and that you will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
When using the Service through a mobile device, your wireless service carrier's standard charges, data rates and other fees may apply.
5. Third Party Content
"Third Party Content" contemplates:
Any broadcast radio programs, or other audio content that Radios France gives you the ability to listen to
Any photos, images, graphics, sound recordings, musical works, album artworks, data, information, feedback, suggestions, text, content, and other materials that a third party may record, upload, post, publish, submit, deliver, provide or otherwise transmit
Any links or other access to websites and resources on the Internet
Third Party Content may be copyrighted and protected. You acknowledge and agree that Third Party Content may be the copyrighted material of the third party that supplies it. Therefore the content accessed on the basis of our service that is protected by copyright law and other applicable laws, may not be reproduced, used to prepare derivative works, performed publicly or displayed publicly and distributed without the written consent of the third party that supplied it, except as permitted by applicable law.
Third-Party Content may be transmitted with a variety of copy protection mechanisms, which are designed to protect the copyright interests of the relevant third party. These copy protection mechanisms may constrain or prevent the ability of the Radios France Service to play Third Party Content.
You understand that Radios France does not control the decision of a third party to institute such copy-protection mechanisms. You agree that Radios France cannot be held responsible for your or any third party's ability to access or listen to any Third Party Content due to a copy protection mechanism.
Due to copyright protection mechanisms, it is strictly forbidden to extract, remove, record, download, or otherwise change content or by any means make any attempts thereto.
The Radios France Service gives you the ability to listen to and access Third Party Content over which Radios France exercises no editorial or programming control. The Service acts as a passive pass-through infrastructure. We are not responsible for the nature of the Third Party Content.
You also understand that:
The Radios France Service does not guarantee access to, recording of, listening to, or viewing of any particular Third Party Content
Third Party Content is not under Radios France's control and the Service is not responsible for it and does not in any way endorse such Third Party Content
Third Party Content providers may change or delete Third Party Content or schedules at any time
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." Radios France is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the radio stations or broadcasters listed within the App. We do not guarantee the accuracy We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the content streamed through third-party radio stations. Radios France shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Intellectual Property and Licenses
Any software made available by the Service contains proprietary and confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Radios France grants you a personal and non-exclusive right and license to use the app only for personal and non-commercial use of the Radios France Service. Any other rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
You shall not use the Radios France Service to perform any action of data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
Radios France respects and protects the copyright and intellectual property of others. Upon notice from an intellectual property owner or its agent, Radios France will remove any material from the Service that we believe infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.
8. Notice for Apple Users
Since the Radios France app is available on the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Sébastien Rousseau only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Application or the content thereof.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price for the relevant Application to you; and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including but not limited to:
Product liability claims or claims under consumer protection or similar legislation
Any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the Application.
