I've been training with Ryan for a good 3 years now, he really knows his stuff! Seen a lot of progress whilst working with him. 10/10 from me for his ability to create tailor made workout plans to cater to your specific needs and schedules. He does a really good job of tracking your progress using easy to read graphs and spreadsheets, makes you really want to push for that next PB!


It's so nice to have a whole gym to yourself, it makes it so much easier to stick to the workout schedule. No need to wait for equipment!


All in all, Ryan is an excellent PT.. would highly recommend!

I can't recommend Redland Training enough. I have see far more progress in a few months training with Ryan than I have in years on my own. Highly knowledgeable, well equipped and enthusiastic, Ryan is the trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals however big or small.

Training with Ryan was my introduction to working out, and I made the perfect choice. For years, I had wanted to join a gym and start my fitness journey, but never went ahead with the plans due to various reasons. Ryan’s personalised approach to workouts slowly built my confidence. Not only is he an expert in his field, but he also understands different personality types and matches his energy, making us feel comfortable. I was skeptical about sticking to this habit, but Ryan’s approach instilled confidence in me. I am very happy with my transformation and look forward to keeping it up.

Training with Ryan was really my first introduction into working out, I’d tried previously but found gyms incredibly intimidating and thought perhaps working out just wasn’t for me. Having Ryan as my PT completely changed that, he was personable and patient, and really took time to not only cater sessions to me but also help me track my progress and ensure I was training in a safe way. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Firstly, Ryan is a fantastic guy with a real passion for working out and a healthy lifestyle. I have been training with Ryan for 3 years now and not only have I transformed my body and lifestyle thanks to Ryan, I have witnessed the transformation of Ryan's gym get better and better over time. One of the big attractions for me to train with Ryan was the fact that I knew I was getting a one on one session with someone who knows exactly what he's on about in a relaxed environment with no judgement and the concentration all on me and my journey. Before, I had no experience of training at a high level and with Ryan's knowledge, patience and professionalism I now love and look forward to to training with him every week ! Not only do i get a body work out but for me a work out for the mind as well, WE always have great conversations about anything on my mind and life in general. Ryan is truly a fantastic person that has helped me in so many ways and i will continue to train with him for many years to come.
