Hi! My name is Reyna V Ayala, 

I am the person behind R&M Home Repair and Improvement LLC.

This business was created in memory of my grandmother Macrina Nieto who always believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself.

Not long before, she had asked me  “how is it that you know so much but haven't done anything?"

This question of hers made me realize that no matter how well prepared I may try to be, I never made any actual progress due to fear of failure.

   There is a saying " Some people want it to happen. Some Wish it would happen.                                           And others make it happen" - Michael Jordan 

I had a goal that I was treating as a dream for the longest, and she helped me realize that with one simple question.

To honor her memory I dedicate Reyna & Macrina (R&M) Home Repair and Improvement LLC to her.
