📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. To respect our time and other customers, we ask for the following:

• Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice — no fee.

• Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): $50 fee

• No-shows or cancellations after arrival: 50% of the scheduled service total

🚗 Travel / Distance Fee

Our pricing includes travel within our standard service area.

• 0–15 miles from our service location: No additional fee

• 16–25 miles: +$20

• 26–35 miles: +$35

• Over 35 miles: +55

Distance is calculated one way using GPS.

💧⚡Water & Power Access

Access to water and electrical power is required at the service location. Please notify us before booking if unavailable.

📸Media Consent Policy 

By booking with R&M Detailing, you agree that photos or videos of your vehicle may be used for marketing purposes.
