The RLSC focuses on the pilots and gunners of the Legion. From the proud X-Wing fighter jocks to the under-appreciated Y-Wing pilots. From the rare N-1s, A-wing & B-Wing pilots to the rarer Prequel Trilogy and Expanded Universe pilots. The purpose of the Detachment is to promote pilot and gunner costumes to existing and potential Legion members, as well as to maintain and improve the Costume Standards for all pilot and gunner costumes in the Rebel Legion. 

We also welcome starfighter pilots who officially belong to other detachment who fly alongside in our X-wings, Y-wings, and other starfighters. This would include pilots such as Hera in her A-wing costume, Clone Pilots, Nien Nunb in his X-wing attire, various Jedi who wear pilot specific costumes and fly starfighters, as well as all other aliens with canon references in starfighter attire.
