Teams

We have different ministry teams for each category:

  • REACH - REACH stands for "Reaching Everyone and Converting Hearts." Through these ministries, we hope to reach out to the lost, bring seekers to Christ, and join new disciples into our communities.

  • EQUIP - EQUIP stands for "Equipping Qualified, Useful, and Interdependent People." Through these ministries, we hope to build up faithful and fruitful disciples of Jesus Christ through various kinds of seminars and studies.

  • CARE - CARE stands for "Caring, Assisting, Reviving, and Encouraging." Through these ministries, we hope to provide pastoral soul care for all our members through support, visitation, and sacred companionship.

  • EVENTS - EVENTS stands for "Excellent, Value-Driven Events that Nurture Transformation Spiritually." Through these ministries, we hope to create various kinds of events that help our people to grow in their faith and be united in Christ.

  • WORKS - WORKS stands for "Works of Redemptive Kingdom Service." Through these ministries, we hope to do various kinds of good works that touch and improve people's lives so that they can know that the kingdom of God is indeed available now in and through faith in Jesus Christ.

  • ADMIN - ADMIN stands for "Administering Detailed Management of Internal Needs." Through these ministries, we hope to administer with faithfulness and integrity various financial and material resources.

Aside from these types, we also have teams for various types of spiritual leaders. To join these teams, you have to be invited.

  1. Core Team - Facilitators and coordinators of small groups. They facilitate regular small group meetings as well as provide spiritual companionship for the members.

  2. Integrated Ministry Planning and Coordinating Team (IMPACT) - This team oversees and integrates the: a) Transformation, b) Direction, c) Execution, d) Participation, and e) Culture of a particular ministry.

  3. Iron Sharpening Group (ISG) - This team is for developing interns and pastors. They are trained to a) Practice personal soul care, b) Proclaim the Gospel, c) Pursue life-giving relationships, d) Produce good fruit, and e) Provide spiritual direction to others.

  4. Spiritual Leadership Team (SLT) - This team is for full-time pastors who oversee RLCC overall.
