You may read and browse the available photobooks and books at the cafe but please be careful and treat it as yours so other fans can enjoy it too.
Kindly ask for assistance especially with photocards. Any damaged product or merch will be paid for by the customer.
Rkive book pantry - you may get books donated by ARMYs in a certain section at the cafe.
We are allowing kids at the cafe with the provision that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is fully vaccinated.
2 hours is the maximum dine-in hours and 15 mins waiting to give other customers slots to dine. Our cafe is small so only the confirmed number of people are accommodated, we hope you understand.
Kindly message us if you're running late so we won't be forfeiting your slots.
Forfeited slots will be offered to walk-in guests.
Orders are to be taken at the counter. Pay as you order.
Pets are only allowed in the al-fresco area.
Rkive Cafe reserves the right to not accept walk-ins when the cafe capacity is full.
We may cancel reservations if the cafe is deemed full upon double-checking of bookings.
Kindly present the email/tickets when upon entering the cafe.
Only the confirmed number of guests at the time confirmed will be allowed as our cafe is cute in size and this would be the best we can accommodate.
Always wear a mask if you're not eating.
ADDED PROTOCOL DUE TO SURGE IN COVID-19 CASES
For take-out guests, only 1-2 persons will be permitted inside the cafe to make orders, picture taking may be limited and may not be allowed depending on the cafe's capacity.
The waiting area for take-outs will be outside.
Our reservation forms or tickets will serve as a contact tracing form, kindly make sure that your details are correct.
We will be checking your vaccination cards and temperature at the cafe's entrance. If the body temperature is at 37.9 or higher, we can deny access to the cafe.
We recommend that you postpone your reservations if you are feeling even mild symptoms (ie., fever, cough, cold, body ache, etc.). And/or was exposed to a COVID-19 positive at least 7 days prior your visit. Please let us know if this happens.
The cafe will be sanitized after each time slot, however, we are generously asking everyone to please wear masks and sanitize your hands before & after touching the interactive sections of the cafe.
Walk-ins will be dependent on the cafe's capacity.
We might add any additional safety precautions as we deemed necessary during COVID-19 and/or Alert Levels. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.
