Applications

How do I apply to become a staff member?

If you choose to help us build RKC, please message one of our Recruiters and they will help you through the process to get into the crew. Thank you for choosing to apply!

What do I do if my application gets denied?

If your application to join our crew gets denied or you don't get a reply within 30 days, you can send in another application in a week of being denied.

How can I support RKC?

We currently have no way for you to give us money, or the sorts. But joining our shows regularly is more than enough!

Events

What is the schedule for RKC Events?

Our main event series, RKCLive, has an event on the first Sunday of every month.

RKCQuestions has an event on the first Wednesday of every month.

This is also listed in our clubhouse. Join the club to see it!

How can I meet the band?

If you want to meet us and chat, you can find us in our occasional Meet & Greet events! The whole crew will not be there every time, but at least one of us will be there for you to hang out with!

When are Meet & Greet events?

We don't have a specific schedule for Meet & Greet events, but we will send out an announcement to the RKC Club thirty minutes before the event begins, so you know when to join!

Does RKC host private lessons?

At this time, we unfortunately do not. However, we do plan to start private lessons at some point in the future.

Partner Program

What is the RKC Partner Program?

The RKC Partner Program is a program where small bands can grow larger with the help of RKC. More info on the subject can be found here.

Retro Pass & Retro Pass+

Where can I buy a Retro Pass?

If you want to buy a Retro Pass, you can find them on the right wall when entering ^RKC-Live.

What happens if I lose my account with Retro Pass+ active?

In the case that you lose an account that had Retro Pass+ active on it, we can attempt to get it back to your new account for free!

For security reasons, we will privately ask you to give us some information about you when you first activate Retro Pass+. If you don't give us this information, we cannot retrieve your Retro Pass+.

We'll ask for multiple things, including, but not limited to, your first name, the @username of your account, and a favorite color, to know it's actually you.

If you can't remember all of the info you gave us, that's okay! We can use whatever you do remember to make sure it's you.

If you lose your account for whatever reason, you can let a staff member know before or after a show, and we'll help you out as soon as we can! 

Why isn't Retro Pass available?

Due to how Retro Pass and Retro Pass+ will work, it will take some time to get the system functional.

RKC Club

What do I get from joining the RKC Club?

By joining the RKC Club, you get a cool clubhouse you can join when you first open Rec Room, notifications for merch drops and new events, and even behind-the-scenes announcements! And the best part: it's entirely free!

How do I join the RKC Club?

If you want to join the RKC Club, you can find it in many places!

• In ^RKC-Live, there is a button to send you to the club page when you first join.

• In ^RKC-Merch-Shop, there is also a button to send you to the club page when you first join.

• If you don't want to go to a room to join it, that's okay! You can join the club by going to the Clubs tab on your watch, and searching "Official RKC Club" to find it!

RKC Next

When will the next series of wallpapers release?

At this time, there is no schedule for RKC Next series releases. When one does release, the RKC Next page will update to show the new wallpapers.

Why does RetroKidCody stutter?

RetroKidCody has ADHD and cannot prevent himself from stuttering. Please don't mind when he does, as he cannot stop it.

Songs

Does RKC make their own songs?

At this moment, we do not have any public songs yet. Although we do plan to make our own songs, we currently play tracks from artists such as the band AJR.

Do you take song requests?

If you ask for a song request during an event, we will likely say no, unless we already have it.

If you ask for a song request before a show, then your answer is maybe! We can't guarantee that we'll play your song, but it will take some time to learn it if we do.

Who is Berry?
